2. Delivery

Our jewellery is supplied direct from stock, delivery by first class Royal Mail recorded delivery and requires a signature at destination.

We make every effort to deliver the orders as soon as possible. We endeavour to despatch all the orders within 2 working days once full payment has been received and cleared. If the item is not in stock, we shall e-mail you with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not to wait.

Once we despatch your order, we will inform you with the identifier recorded delivery number that can be checked at www.royalmail.co.uk in order to track your order through the Royal Mail postal system, so you can be certain it is in transit.

3. Payment Method

Bitz’n’Glitz is a UK market dedicated website. Orders from UK residents can be paid for by Cheque accompanied by a valid Cheque Guarantee Card number on the reverse, Bankers Draft, Money Order or PayPal. Goods will only be dispatched once all relevant funds have been cleared.

4. Return Policy

If the product arrives damaged, damaged in transit, or if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from Bitz’n’Glitz (BITZ’N’GLITZ), you can return the goods within 7 days of receipt of goods for either an exchange or refund.

We only refund money paid for the products that are returned to us in its original and unused condition accompanied with the original box. The original hoop and tag must be unbroken and still attached with the jewellery.

We are unable to accept any returns on pierced earrings for hygiene reasons other than defective or damaged items.

Please note all refunds will be for the full price paid for the product, but not for the costs of postage. A refund will be made to your credit or debit card account.

Please follow the return procedure as below:

1. All returns must have a valid Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#). All return items must be received within 10 days of the RMA issued date.
2. E-mail us at admin@bitznglitz.co.uk to obtain a RMA#. Please state the reason of return, order reference number, product code and contact name, telephone number and address.
3. Returns will take approximately 10 business days for your return to be processed after BITZ’N’GLITZ received your items.
4. Items must be in original packaging, in all original boxes, packing materials and the original attached hoop and tags.
5. We strongly recommend that you fully insure your package that you are returning. We suggest the use of a carrier that can provide you a "proof of delivery". BITZ’N’GLITZ will not be liable for items lost or damaged in transit.
6. All shipping back to BITZ’N’GLITZ is paid for by the customer. Please ensure that your RMA# clearly marked on the outside of the package not on the items original box.

5. Security and Privacy

Bitz’n’Glitz recognise the importance of security shopping online for customers. We use PayPal for online transactions who in turn use the industrial standard encryption technology, Secure Socket Layer (SSL), to process securely online credit card transaction. Your payment details is encrypted and cannot be read as it travels over the internet. Credit card numbers are not held in clear text within our web site. Payment authorisation is conducted online using the payment processing gateway with PayPal Ltd, www.paypal.com.
